Bridging the Gap: Racial Unity in Business

  • Wednesday, Sep 23, 2020 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PDT

Recent events highlight the fact that our country is racially divided into groups of “us vs. them.” Usually Black vs. White. The polarization has created a gap in our society that is difficult to close. However, there is a third option that can bridge the gap and bring healing to all concerned.

As business leaders, we may be looking for specific ways to improve workplace culture, provide equal opportunities for advancement, and remove the stigma characterized by the “us versus them” mentality. Please join Senior Pastor and author of The Third Option, Miles McPherson, and a panel of successful business leaders as they discuss these challenging topics and offer spiritual and practical solutions to contemporary problems in the workplace. We need to allow God to get in our business—from the boardroom to the employee breakroom.

Moderator: Pastor Miles McPherson
